Drawings

Drawings are made in a variety of mediums, including cracks in glass, ink and soap, long-exposure photography, grapevines, curled up bits of paper, embroidery, etc.

Drawings explore intuition, desire, and the invisible forces driving our behaviors. Drawings are a way to explore what moves are possible within the medium’s constraints.

Paintings

Early paintings explore the theatrical lighting of common scenarios through photorealistic portraiture.

Later paintings explore movement, textiles, and the subconscious.
